DIVERSITY-
Alongside our Intercultural training, we also provide our
clients with Diversity training, delivering practical behavioural
tools that are as relevant for diversity as for intercultural
trainings. It is now a government prerequisite to address
these issues and our unique, simple and powerful modules
deal with diversity issues in a similar way to intercultural
competence. Diversity skills confront similar problems within
the workplace.
TRAIN
THE TRAINER- Our team are also currently developing
"Train the Trainer" programmes for a number of
MBCs, empowering their trainers to transfer selected CS!C
modules.

successful collaboration with Random House sees them become
the official distributors of our CultureSmart! guides
in North America. The CultureSmart! guide series
now has over 50 countries, religions and ethnic groups in
its range...and rising!

mergers and acquisitions, there is an increasing need for

others’ diverse cultural characteristics for a more
